World Championships 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday, in Paris\u2019s Maison de la Mutualit\u00e9, the <strong>Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championships 2025<\/strong> came to their conclusion, celebrating players across the physical and digital TCG, and revealing many exciting projects and collaborations for the future. This is the first time since 2019 that the Championships have occurred in Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside the physical TCG, Konami crowned winners across both of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pockettactics.com\/yu-gi-oh-duel-links\">Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links<\/a>\u2019 game modes and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pockettactics.com\/yu-gi-oh-master-duel\">Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel<\/a> this weekend. Germany\u2019s Philipp Thomas took home the title of Speed Duel Champion, while Japan\u2019s Kenya Nagatani conquered <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pockettactics.com\/yu-gi-oh-duel-links\/rush-duel-review\">Rush Duel<\/a>. Unlike most <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pockettactics.com\/best-mobile-card-games\">mobile card game<\/a> competitions, the Master Duel Championships are a team sport, and 2025 saw Ragnarok take down Chaiba Corp in a dramatic 3v3 showdown.<\/p>\n<p>While he couldn\u2019t be there in person, the President of France, Emmanuel Macron, opened the ceremony via a recorded message.
