Ubisoft has revealed the schedule for the next Siege Cup event for Rainbow Six Siege X, including times and dates for the game’s most competitive mode.

The next Siege Cup is set to take place on September 21st, taking place across five major regions: NA, EU + MENA, LATAM, OCE and APAC.

The Siege Cup is a limited-time game mode within Rainbow Six Siege, allowing fans to emulate the esports scene by competing in a tournament format. Fans often regard it as the most competitive form of play within the game outside of professional esports.

The in-game tournament will follow a similar format to past Siege Cups.

These are all the start times for the Siege Cup in August across all five regions:

  • NA Cup – 20:00 PM EDT / UTC-4
  • EU + MENA Cup – 20:00 PM CEST / UTC+2
  • LATAM Cup – 21:00 PM BRT / UTC-3
  • OCE Cup – 17:00 PM AEDT / UTC+10
  • APAC Cup – 20:00 PM CST / UTC+8

The tournament will take advantage of the Siege X updates, utilising its enhanced visuals, destructible ingredients and round-based bans in a tournament setting. The tournament will also take place on the live version of the game, including all the recent balance changes from the Year 10 Season 3 update.

How to Sign Up for the Siege Cup

Players can register for the tournament through the in-game playlist, following these steps:

  • Open Rainbow Six Siege X on console or PC
  • Connect with your Ubisoft account.
  • Go to the main menu and navigate to ‘Play.’
  • Choose the ‘Siege Cup’ playlist.
  • Open registration.
  • Select teammates for the tournament
  • Press ‘Register for Siege’ to sign up.

Ubisoft has a full list of FAQ’s for players curious about specific terms and conditions.

Players enter the Siege Cup in squads of five, but each participating member must have a clearance level of 50 or above, in addition to a clean reputation/ sanctions history, to compete.

Squads then play in a bracket format to earn Competitive Coins, with greater rewards as they progress through the tournament. The amount earned is based on tiers and final positions, which are all determined by performance during the Siege Cup.

Introduced in operation Twin Shell, Competitive Coins are an unpurchasable currency within the game that is rewarded through the Ranked or the Siege Cup playlist. These are often redeemed for Competitive Packs, offering unique uniforms, gun charms, background cards and more.
